Delivery Destinations and Times
We are delighted to offer the services of DHL Express
for all our international mask orders, and there is NO extra charge for this. Shipping within New Zealand is via Post Haste.
Delivery times worldwide are 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery within New Zealand also takes a maximum of 3 business days from the date of shipment. Orders are usually dispatched on the next business day after we get your order, but urgent orders can often be dispatched immediately on business days if this is requested..
There is no cost for packaging or shipment of your order.
Orders from Europe including the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT and or customs duties. These costs are not included in your payment to us and if they are payable you will be notified by customs in your country when your order arrives there.
