Delivery Destinations and Times

Shipping within New Zealand takes 1-5 days depending on where you are located. If your order is urgent please let us know in the comments box and we will arrange urgent dispatch. If you are in Auckland, New Zealand and would like to collect your order, please contact us at info@italymask.co.nz to arrange this. We are located in West Auckland.

Our overseas orders are sent via New Zealand Post (Tracked). This will take up to 14 days.

Express shipping can be arranged for an extra charge.
 

Delivery Costs

There is no cost for packaging or shipment of your order. unless you require express shipping.

 

Customs Duties outside of New Zealand

Orders from USA and Europe including the United Kingdom may be subject to VAT and/or customs duties. These costs are not included in your payment to us and if they are payable you will be notified by customs in your country when your order arrives there. You can enquire in your country whether these taxes are payable.
